The Francesco Vincitorio Archive contains more than 5,000 documents, mainly made up of correspondence between the critic and editor of the magazine NAC – Notiziario Arte Contemporanea (1968–1974) and key figures from the art world. It also includes a photographic archive and a complete five-volume collection of the magazine, an important resource for the study of contemporary art.

The CID/Arti Visive collection has grown through the acquisition of archives with important historical and artistic value, many of which began as personal libraries of critics and scholars, or as archives of magazines, institutions, and foundations. It includes Italian and international catalogues from 1950 to today, more than 330 specialist magazines, audiovisual materials, and other items that document the history of contemporary art.
