Centro Pecci offers families the opportunity to share a meaningful moment together, in direct contact with art and creativity. Inspired by Bruno Munari’s early experiments in 1992 with the Laboratorio Liberatorio - Liberating Workshop for adults and children, Pecci Family activities are based on dialogue and interaction between adults and children, sparked by artworks from temporary exhibitions and the museum’s collections.
The museum’s activities are organized by age group and offer a full calendar of workshops focused on exploring the Centro Pecci’s permanent collection, Eccentrica. Le collezioni del Centro Pecci, and the current exhibitions. The workshops are designed by the Centro Pecci Education Department and led by experienced museum educators. Children, together with the adults accompanying them, will discover the many languages of contemporary art through activities that encourage observation and creativity.
