On Thursday 15 October 2026, the Luigi Pecci Centre for Contemporary Art takes part in LuBeC at the Real Collegio in Lucca, bringing the experience of SUPERTOSCANA to a discussion on artist residencies for people under 36 in Tuscany.
Director Stefano Collicelli Cagol speaks in the session dedicated to contemporary visual arts and curatorial practices. Organised by Promo PA Fondazione in collaboration with the Tuscany Region, the meeting brings together organisations involved in programmes supported by the ESF+ to share initial findings and help shape future funding priorities.
For Centro Pecci, the event provides an opportunity to share the experience of SUPERTOSCANA, a residency programme for artists and curators under 36, developed with a network of local partners and supported by the Tuscany Region through the ESF+ 2021–2027 programme.
The first outcomes of this experience are presented in CARTOLINE, the exhibition that opened on 8 October at Centro Pecci. Works from the first residency cycle reflect the research, encounters and journeys that emerged through a dialogue with places across Tuscany.
