Story of art and life
With Patrizia Speciale,Maria Grazia Messina, Igor Horvat, Anahì Traversi, Zeno Gabaglio
We present the book Born a Magi. A story of art and life (Nato Re Magio. Storia di arte e di vita, Maretti Editore, 2015), written by Renato Mambor with his partner Patrizia Speciale, which traces Mambor’s artistic and human evolution: his beginnings as an actor in the first spaghetti westerns, the birth of the experimental theatre company of the Gruppo Trousse, up to the last days of his life.
For the occasion Renator Mambor’s work The observer and the crops (1991), from the Centro Pecci collection, will be on show.
With the participation of Patrizia Speciale, and the collaboration of the actors Igor Horvat and Anahì Traversi and the musician Zeno Gabaglio. Maria Grazia Messina, professor of History of Contemporary Art at Florence University, will also contribute to the presentation. The conference will be introduced and moderated by Stefano Pezzato, conservator of the Centro Pecci.
