CENTRO PECCI

Bad Girl, a project by the electronic artist  Leonardo Granchi, was begun in 2012 as a consequence of the need to give concrete shape to some chance “takes” recorded in various circumstances with a portable recorder. The sound imagery of Bad Girl has developed over time, with a minimal, dark language which combines ambient, extreme rhythms and field recordings. At the Centro Pecci, Bad Girl presents his album Cosmi, a work rich in noir electronic sounds which paradoxically are not generated by a computer but by actual instruments. His live set, which each time has unique sound nuances and new arrangements, is transformed according to emotions and the specific concert context.
